Oh Irish that sounds good. Haven't eaten there in awhile.
Tonight was a Jodi concauction <grin> sausage (fat ones that look like brats) 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef diced onion diced g. peppers diced tomatoes italian seasoning pepper red pepper flakes mozzerella chz. penne pasta (I used the whole box of pasta) pepperoni torn in 4ths
Directions: Cook pasta. cook meat, cut sausage, mix everything together, stir lots, bake slightly so the chz melts. I made LOTS so that we'd have some for a meal tomorrow. Trying to eat light tomorrow b/c we will be eating LOTS on Thursday.

Dara that sounds good haven't had those in awhile.
Yesterday we had squash soup for supper at my SIL's. Tonight was: frozen pizza. Plus we are trying for the first time today to make homemade noodles from scratch for a great-grandma hotdish recipe. We will see how that turns out.

Doe- it's so yummy
2 lbs ground turkey Breadcrumbs 8 oz taco sauce 4 oz diced green chiles 2 eggs 1 cup shredded cheddar Salt and pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp chili powder
Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, 1/2 taco sauce, chiles, 1/2 of cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder. Form into a loaf and place in spray coated slow cooker. Top with remaining taco sauce. Cover and cook low for 8 hours. In last 15 minutes top with remaining cheese.
I usually serve it with Spanish style rice.
