So after reading a few posts I decided to go out and buy a training potty for my dd who is 18 months. When we got home I let her sit on it and decided what the heck, ill just take her diaper off and see what she does. She was so cute I had to grab the camera and while I was grabbing it my husband said, she's going! Not just a drop but a whole bunch! I did not expect her to actually go the first time! Now I know she isn't going to be potty trained next week or anything but was just surprised when she actually knew what to do! Go olyvia!

my DS did the same thing too around 18 months.. he will go anytime we put him on it now.. we are still potty training but he is starting to tell us now he has to go.. But that is a great feeling that she will except the idea and understands already!!

She has gone a few times now... not ready to push it and know it will take time.
