I was going to stay up late, but I think I"m going to go bed now. Watching the projecting, virtual versus reality, is just too much for me. I get it, but don't like that kinda stuff, as nothing is ever real until it is. Would like to see the victory speech, but don't think I'll make it unless it happens in the next 10 minutes. Plus I had so much weirdo drama today -- that I am super-tired.

Yay Maryland! These states voting for marriage equality give me hope for our country's future. We will get there! Like in the civil rights movement, "We shall overcome!" I truly believe that we will get there as a whole country someday, I pray that it will be sooner rather than later.

It's telling that only in MN are we voting on stopping something negative. The other 3 states are voting to move forward on marriage equality.

I am beyond disappointed that in MN we had to spend so much time, energy and money to try to defeat this amendment when I would have rather spent my money, time & energy working towards allowing homosexuals to marry....someday, someday (and to think when I moved here a decade+ ago I thought I was moving to a progressive state...ha!)
