I'm considering buying one of those E-Cigarettes to help me with quitting smoking. I have a few friends that have used the "Blu" brand.
Has anyone else tried these? It says online the consistency is the same but I'm concerned it won't curb my craving enough.

I don't have any advice for you but, wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS for making the decision to stop smoking.

We've been looking at getting one too. Not sure what good brands there are though. Have you looked at any reviews on them>

I haven't looked up any reviews, but I have a friend that has tried several and said the Blu brand is the best.
My ex just got one today, so once he starts using it I'll see how he likes it because he's smoked for a lot longer than I have and if he can quit ANYONE can quit.

Have you thought about Chantix? Worked wonders for my DH... and if he could quit, anyone can

I have a friend that used it and it gave her horrible nightmares.. I already have problems with bad dreams so I don't want to make it worse :/

I have a friend who uses an E-cig and she loves the flavors and hasn't had any adverse symptoms from using it. Whichever one she has, though, she seems to constantly be charging it.
