I'm trying to significantly reduce the amount of carbs and sugars in my diet but am having a hard time finding quick, easy meals. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner recipes needed!

Frozen steam veggies saved me a lot of time on cutting and mixing! If you have Pinterest there are a lot of quick easy meal ideas on there!

My favorite "go to" low carb/low cal meal is:
For one person
1 spicy black bean burger (morningstar farms brand) - I cook in toaster oven or microwave - cut up plate full of lettuce/baby spinach 2 Tbsp salsa 1 Tbsp sour cream
It is super filling and healthy
If I have I will add: avocado, green onions, tomatoes

On the weekends I make mini quesh things for breakfast.
Just place cooked meat, cheese, chopped veggies in muffin tin. Cover with eggs that have been scrambled with milk. Bake at 425 until done.
I put them in a container in the fridge after they have cooled and thats my breakfast for the week.

Research low glycemic meals...replace your white rice with qunioa or brown rice (not the minute brown rice either)...hard boiled eggs...egg whites with your favorite veggies...precook chx for salads...avoid creamy dressings...also cottage cheese with an orange. I'll come up with more!
