So I was doing research about trying to conceive after multiple miscarriages and I came across a couple forums where women were prescribed a low dose of aspirin or baby aspirin for the first trimester of their pregnancy to prevent miscarriage. Apparently its meant to reduce to risk of blood clotting disorders.
I also saw some women bought progesterone cream at health food stores on their own and used it from the time before conceiving until the end of their first trimester.
Has anyone done either of these things or heard of them? I feel like when I'm ready to try again I should go stock up on baby aspirin and progesterone cream.

I wanted to post my experience with this just in case this ever comes up for someone else in the future...
After three miscarriages I got pregnant again and immediately made an appointment with an ob/gyn. The one I was going to didn't seem to care and didn't even call me back for two days! So, with their lack of interest and me freaking out I found a new OB. I went to Adefris and Toppin Women's Specialist, Dr.Toppin actually wrote a book about recurrent pregnancy loss! I got Dr.Callahan and with the first appointment I had an ultrasound. Because we didn't know the cause of the miscarriages she brought up the use of low dose aspirin to prevent blood clots that can cause miscarriage. So from about 6 weeks I have been taking one low dose aspirin (81 mg)each day and will continue to do so until 32 weeks. I'm still pregnant and all is going well! I don't know for sure if it was the aspirin or not but I wanted to share my experience because it could make all the difference for someone else.
