Hey Ladies - anyone have suggestions for good yoga DVDs? I really want to get into yoga. I exercise fairly regularly but I think my muscles need some good strengthening and stretching -- I can feel how tight I am. I went to a class on Sunday that was a good beginners class. My schedule isn't conducive to doing any yoga during the week, though, so I think DVDs at home during the week would be my best bet. TIA!
