I've tried a lot of different taco pizza recipes and this is by far my favorite! Everyone, even my 4 year old, loves this. So here it is!
You need: 1 Pillsbury pizza crust (in the can) 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey taco seasoning chopped green chilis sliced black olives mexican cheese blend diced tomatoes shredded lettuce sour cream tortilla chips
what you do is..
Spread out your pizza crust on a baking sheet. After cooking your ground beef or turkey according to the taco seasoning directions, spread your meat evenly over the crust. Add the chilis, olives and whatever else you want to add that can be cooked. Next cover with cheese. Bake according to the directions on the pizza dough can. After it is cooked top with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes and crushed tortilla chips (at least try it with chips, you'll be glad you did). Chow down!

Yum! Might have to try some salsa as a sauce. We like to use some whole grain thin crusts we found at Cub for our pizzas.

I make something similar, with pinto bean and salsa sauce (I just pulse in a food processor together a couple times). I use spinach instead of lettuce. No sour cream or chips though.
