2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped 5-6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped 1 pkg of ham steak, diced (I use leftover baked ham) 1 box of bowtie pasta 1 pkg of mozz cheese 1 cup of heavy cream 1 cup of chicken stock 1/2 stick of butter 2 heaping tbsp of flour
Prepare meats, and set aside. Boil pasta according to directions. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and sprinkle in flour to create a roux. Slowly add in cream and chicken stock and whisk constantly until slightly thick. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 pkg of cheese until melted. Add the meats and the sauce to the pasta and transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and place under broiler until golden brown and bubbly!
