So, I've never seen or heard of anyone making this before but its been in my family for a very long time and everyone who has had it, LOVES it. So I thought I'd share...
You Need: a head of iceberg lettuce hamburger or ground meat taco seasoning Green Goddess Dressing, 1 bottle ( can be hard to find. Target has it and Cub sometimes) Sliced Black Olives Onions Tomatoes Kidney beans Fritos
What you do is..
Cook hamburger like you would for tacos with the seasoning, but slightly bigger chunks. I saute the onions in with the meat because I don't like raw onions. Let the meat cool a bit. Chop up the lettuce and dump in the olives, tomatoes and kidney beans (rinse them first). Add the meat. Here's your two final choices! Either add the salad dressing and fritos all at once and mix it up. Or (what I do) add the dressing and fritos to your own individual portion so the left overs aren't soggy. However you like it.

This recipe is a staple at all of our family gathering with a few differences. We use crushed Doritoes instead of Fritos and also add some shredded cheddar cheese. It's delicious!
