I made this and DH LOVED it. What I actually did was pull out some of the chicken and add BBQ sauce for the kids and did the rest with Caesar dressing for DH and me (we did not use the full bottle of dressing). I had a salad and he had a sandwich. Quick and easy!
Pulled Chicken Caesar Sandwiches
4-6 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless) Salt and Pepper to Taste 1 Bottle of Caesar Dressing
Place the chicken in the slow cooker with a little water, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low. 30 minutes before eating, shred the chicken with two forks, pour in the bottle of Caesar dressing and let cook for 30 minutes 'til warm. Serve warm with lettuce on your favorite bun or on a salad.

I have heard you can do this as a wrap too. Tried it once at my SIL's that way once. It was good.

Good idea, Jodi! Thanks -- I didn't think about a wrap. But with some lettuce, carrots, etc. in a wrap that'd be delicious!
