I work full-time as a Human Resources Assistant in a private financial services firm. I love the variety and there is never a dull moment! My DH works part-time, every-other week, in the afternoon, which I have a love/hate relationship with. I know I am not cut out to be a FT SAHM, but sometimes I am jealous of the time he gets to spend with DD's. On the flip side, I am glad that at least one of us can spend the time and know that it is only temporary. But it still makes me sad when I think of what I've missed....I'm sure you all understand!

I work only a few hours a day at my sons elementary school as the lunchroom/recess monitor. This is my 2nd year and I do think it will be my last. I also sub at the school for a Spec Ed para and work one on one with special needs students. I do think the latter, is more of what I rather be doing. I volunteer a lot with the school and scouting, which feels like a job in itself most days. I also work for a few online Digital Scrapbooking Companies as well.
I will also be going back to college hopefully in January for Advertising Communications and Web Design.

I work for my hubby! We publish a magazine, and that is our main bread-and-butter. We both put in more than 40 hours a week, but I never keep track. It might make me cry. I don't get paid either way, so I am better off not knowing. Then we own two car washes on the side, that if we are able to, will be paid off in ten years so we can use the income from those for our retirement accounts and to help our sons out with some college expenses when the time comes. We are always running around to keep them up and running with the help of my FIL.

I am a Technical Support Representative for a large photography company based out of Minnesota. I work with cameras, lighting, hardware, software, and networks. Management and my coworkers are usually pretty good about allowing me to maintain a reasonable work schedule that still allows me to be at my son's school when parents are invited.
I also work in the evenings from home...or wherever I am....for a few hours a night, 6 nights a week. This allows me to in essence work a part time job without having to pay for daycare.
