I had an asian slaw at Green Mill that I really liked so I wanted to try to recreate...
I found a recipe.
Simple Sesame Noodles
12 ounces fluid Thin Noodles Cookes & Drained 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 Tablespoons sugar 4 cloves garlic minced 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar 3 Tablespoons pure sesame oil 1/2 teaspoons hot chili oil 4 Tablespoons Canola oil 4 whole grn onions sliced thin
Instructions: Whisk all ingredients (except noodles and grn. onions) together in a bowl. Taste and adjust ingredients are needed. Pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat Sprinkle w/ grn. onions and toss. Serve in a bowl w/ chopsticks. Yummy.
I revised this recipe slightly...I used less garlic, no chili oil, olive oil instead of the canola oil. I also added: red pepper, red onion. Very good! Loved it. Lots of ppl liked it, my cousin asked for the recipe. Enjoy!

No problem Irish.
It is suppose to be served warm, but it is good cold too.
It is somewhat similar to the japanese coleslaw that I have before too.
Note: It is hard to find the right kind of noodles for this recipe so I got some noodles that look like ramen noodles but they are chinese like ones. Also, b4 you put them in the water to boil break them apart a little then put a little oil in the water.
