My BIL's wife is gluten-free and soy-free and I'm making a couple of meals this weekend that she'll be eating. I have one great rice/veggie recipe but would love to have one more recipe for another meal. She eats a little bit of dairy (but in limited amounts) -- any fruit, veggie, or meat is fine. If you have any yummy recipes that might work I'd love to hear them! TIA!
