This is my new favorite salad dressing:
1/2 cup fresh orange juice 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar 2 tablespoons chopped peeled fresh ginger 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon finely grated orange peel 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 garlic cloves, peeled 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated lime peel 1 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper 1/3 cup canola or sesame oil
Put all but the oil into blender or food processor and blend together. Add oil while machine is going. Delish!
