.5 I have the "down" part nailed; it's the pushing back up that is tricky.

Before my recent surgery I could do 10. Now I'm afraid that I'm going to lose some of that strength, hoping when I get back to working out I can do at least 7 … (sigh) ...

Regular or "girlie" push ups?
2 regular but if I do them from my knees ("girlie" push) ups 6-8.

Same as Lil.. I can probably do 2 regular.. but "girlie" push ups I can do about 10

8-10 regular, more if I do girlie ones.

10 to 12 regular around 25 girlie. (I practiced for a test)
