I am looking for a healthy form of coffee or tea. I like fancy coffee or those starbucks mocha frappacino jars. Lot of sugar in them though.
Can any of you tell me of a healthy form of coffee or tea? I also like nestea. Not sure how much sugar is in it though.
Note: I did a week of no sugar and lost 9 lbs. then brought back the sugar and gained back those 9 lbs.
I am trying to loose weight & eat healthier, eat waaay less sugar.
Thanks much.

Lipton makes a tea mix called Lipton tea and honey.... It's with the Lipton products at cub... I get the pitcher packets and I like the apricot peach and standard lemon flavors. I substitute it for sugary drinks. It's about 5 cals per glass ish
You can make your own low cal "fancy" drinks.... just use coffee, skim milk and or a fat free sugar free creamer.. add ice even.. yummy Pinterest has lots of low cal coffee recipes

I drink black coffee so no calories. You could do the fat free sugar creamer if you need that and it is way less calories than the drinks at the store.
Lipton green tea is good.
I also focus on drinking more water and doing some fruit infusions for flavor (I got a fruit infusion pitcher from Target for under $10 this summer).

Check out davidstea.com they have a bunch of different flavors like birthday cake, caramel, cookie dough etc. If you need to sweeten it just add a little honey!

Green Tea is a good option.
I prefer regular Lipton Tea hot or iced.
