WE have to recipes we use a lot. One is for cowboy goulash-- basically make a box of mac n cheese in one pan, in another brown a pound of hamburger. In the mac n cheese, add can of diced tomato (juice and all) and a can of corn (drain the liquid). When hamb. is browned, add it to the mix of the other stuff (add chili seasoning if you wish) and cook together for few minutes then eat! The next is called asian noodles and beef (but can use chicken too). Brown a pound of hamb (or chicken) in one pan. In another pan, put two cups of water, two square packs of Ramen (noodles only) and break them apart some. Put one pack of seasoning with noodles and one over the hamb. To noodles add two cups frozen mixed veggies. When most of liquid has been absorbed and noodles are soft add cooked meat to it. Mix over the heat a minute or two then serve!

I have a couple that are super quick for when I'm in a hurry:
1. Make a batch of plain white rice (can also use egg-noodles or mashed potatoes, whatever you prefer) and pour any kind of Chunky soup over the top.
2. One of hubby's favorites in a hurry is just preparing hamburger, mashed potatoes, corn & gravy and mixing them all together.
I'll post more once I think of them!

Taco Mac 1 box of Mac n Cheese prepared as directed. 1 pound of hamburger, browned. 1 packet of taco seasoning, added to the meat after it's browned. Then add to the Mac n Cheese! Serve with sour cream, salsa and tortilla chips.

My son loves when I cook ramen noddles like you cook reg noddles and then drain. Put back in the pan add the seasoning to coat the noddles. Cook a package of frozen veggies and mix together. I will add chicken and cheese too. You don't need to use the whole seasoning packet. When I make it I will make like 5-6 packages and then not use one of the seasonings.
I love making cheap and easy!!

This is quick and cheap 1# ham steak (4.00), One box small shells (0.99), One jar cheese sauce (3.85), 1# frozen veggies (1.50). Cut the ham as the noodles boil to save time or buy pre diced ham. ($10.35) Usually enough for two meals
Another way to save time and money, use two boxes of three cheese Kraft Mac in place of shells and cheese ($8.50), slightly less left over.
