www.simon.com/mall/EventsDetails.aspx?id=787&oid=485355:30 - 7:30 pm... trick or treating, craft stations, photo opportunites... and if you bring a non perishable you will get a raffle ticket for each item! Rosedale mall is doing something similar... they are from 5-7pm, and will also be hosting radio disney. ;D
