I love this!!!
Mayo Clinic Mile
Signs hanging from the ceilings throughout the Mall of America guide walkers on one mile, 5K and 10K walking paths known as the Mayo Clinic Mile.
Maps of the routes and healthy walking advice from Mayo Clinic can be picked up at information desks throughout the Mall.
The next time you're at Mall of America, follow the signage and walk your way to a healthier you!
One Mile is - Level one and nick universe
5K - one lap around each level 1-4
10K - two laps around each level 1-3 one lap around lever 4 one lap around Nick Universe

This is a great idea for those minus-20 windchill winter days! Thanks for sharing this idea. I may have to do this in November and combine it with a little window shopping for Christmas present ideas ....

That's exactly what I was thinking too. After DS was born (hes a dec. baby) it was SO cold out, that I just bundled him up and took him to MOA a couple times a week just so I could get some exercise, and window shop too lol the other post about MOA, they have a walking club.. which I think is pretty cool too!

When we lived closer to MOA we went there once a week to walk when it was cold out with DD1.

Mayo is making a HUGE presence at MOA. Have you seen their new store? We did the design, product assortment, fixtures, etc. for it. It's where the QVC store used to be.
They are also going to put in a quick minute clinic type thing in the mall too.
