We baked them last night with a few slices of butter and salt...oh my gosh they were so bomb!!

I bake mine until they are just under burnt (at 250/300 degrees) with season all salt on them. Mine bake for a few hours.

I sprinkle mine with cinnamon and sugar, another pan with garlic and herbs and another with just sea salt.

Sweet and Spicy 1/4 cup natural cane sugar 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon fine grained sea salt 1 cup fresh pumpkin seeds 375 for 12 minutes

Cheesy Seeds
Add 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese and 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning.

Deviled Pumpkin Seeds
Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper.

Anyone doing seeds this year? Any new kinds? We are doing garlic salt with butter and the deviled ones posted above.

DH and I are obsessed with some spices from Cabelas- Open Season, I believe they are called. Anyway, I used the Maple Jalapeno and the Jamaican Island Rum on my seeds this year- SO GOOD!!!!
