I'm not sure if this was started somewhere else, but what are some traditional non-traditional things that are on your Thanksgiving table? Things other than turkey, green bean casserole, etc.? Post recipes if you'd like!
Every year for Thanksgiving I make my Mom's egg rolls. She passed away about 4 1/2 years ago now and she would make egg rolls every Thanksgiving (and Christmas).

We typically don't do a turkey. We've always done ham. For the past few years though we've been doing one of each since we have so many people there now!

We eat at my aunt and uncle's house every year (since I was about 5): Turkey, 2 kinds of stuffing (in the bird & vegetarian), green beans almondine, sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, wild rice casserole, etc - All the traditional items
We always have shrimp for the Packer game and my aunt makes orange cookies (sugar cookies w/ orange juice/rind).
My mom makes pumpkin pie, pecan pie and apple pie for dessert.
We stick to pretty traditional at Thanksgiving

We always have turkey, stuffing, dinner rolls, a broccoli-cauliflower casserole, green bean casserole, and riced potatoes. Then for desert there is pumpkin, apple, or cherry pie with homemade cream to top.

Thanksgiving must include the traditional Turkey/Stuffing/Cranberry Sauce. But, must also include homemade macaroni and cheese, collard greens, and sweet potato pie.

My Aunt Sue - turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing mashed sweet potatoes, a helfty relish tray, hawaiian rolls, cranberry sauce in the can...green beans, (not always in a casserole though).. and corn. Apple and Pumpkin pies for dessert.. and then during the football game, it's a relish tray and cheese and crackers and such
IL's - Turkey, cheesy potatoes, rolls, 3 bean salad *yuck* relish tray, pumpkin pies.. and honestly, I can't remember what else lol
