from Mandan! <3 this recipe!!! and for some reason when I went in search of it it ended up in desserts?!?!?! Any way... I definately recommend to try it! It sounds wierd but soo super scrumptious!
Cranberry Apple Salsa: 1 bag of cranberries fresh or frozen 2 granny smith apple, chopped 1/4 c cilantro chopped 3/4 c sugar (or stevia)(optional) ive tried it with both and none and its still amazing juice or 1/2 lime 1/3 c apple juice 1/2 red onion, chopped 2 spoonsfull of canned or jarred jalapeno (or use less of fresh finely chopped and seeded) Combine and chill overnight.... Enjoy
Serves well with ritz butter crackers, apple chips, and try dipping your cracker in cream cheese first then in the salsa.. yum.. or make a cheese ball with cream cheese and then cover it with the salsa..
