Really yummy! And veryyyy easy. After the pork chops were all done I took the mushy apples and pork juice and blended it up in my magic bullet to make sort of a 'apple gravy' to put on the top and it was tasty! DS ate all of his and he normally doesn't like pork chops.

Making this right now; Used 6 smaller Honey Crisp and Pink Lady apples as that is what I had; Otherwise followed the recipe (with a little less salt). Will let you know what the kids and husband think after we eat it tonight and tomorrow; Aroma wafting through the house from the pork chops and stewing apples is really nice right now.

We made the pork chops; Husband I loved it; 2 kids of 3 liked it (the 3-year-old twins) - not the oldest 7-year-old who used to not be picky eater but is getting pickier as she ages; We discovered that it's kinda like chili too -- the second day left-overs are better than the first day as the apple mixure gets really good with a day of sitting in frig; I also think if I did it again, I would have gotten thicker boneless pork loin chops; The super thin ones were on sale and that is what I used; Could have put in a whole lot more if using thin ones -- although I did an equivalent to 1 1/2 lbs of thin pork loin chops.

I'm making these today with boneless thinner pork chops so I'm not going to cook them as long. Stay tuned!
