Hi MoM's! I'm looking for a salad dressing recipe. Something super easy, that can feed a lot of people, and every one likes! We are serving salad at my grandmothers benefit next weekend, and need a dressing. Help! TIA!

I love olive oil, lemon, salt, & pepper. I don't have measurements or anything since I just pour a tiny amount of olive oil on my salad and squeeze some lemon over it. Hope you find something!

I make a vinagraitte all the time. One tablespoon of dijon mustard, and some s&p, then add one tablespoon of red wine vinegar, and two tbsp of olive oil and stir until all blended. I usually do heaping tablespoons when I measure. This mixture is enough for one bag of salad.

There's a cruet/mix you can buy in the salad dressing aisle of most grocery stores. I buy balsamic vinegar and follow the directions on the box.
