Angel Food Cake in a Cup
1. Mix a box of Angel Food Cake Mix (1 step) with a box of another cake mix - any flavor. 2. Put mixture in a large ziplock bag. This will keep for months. 3. To make your cake in a cup, place 1/4 cup of the mixture in a coffee mug. 4. Add 3 Tbls. water and mix until blended. 5. Drop in a small handful of your favorite flavor of chips (butterscotch, chocolate, peanut butter chips, mint..or even nuts) 6. Stir in. 7. Place cup on microwave safe plate and cook in micro 1 minute.(depending on mic power) 8. Let set for 1 min., then invert onto plate. 9. TaDa! You have a piece of cake with it's own frosting!

Do you have to spray the mug or anything?

I tried this over the weekend. You do not need to spray the mug. I didn't add anything to mine and served it with strawberries and whip cream. It was very good. I'm thinking it would make great Christmas gifts by putting the mix in a jar and attaching the directions and a nice mug.
