Any fun traditions you do? Anything around the cities you have to see etc?
We LOVE the hollidazzle parade- we even get hot seats the day they come out and will brave the cold0 so we go twice! Ice skating, anything outdoors while it is snowing is PERFECT in our book.

I had a snowboarding accident when I was 19, so I have not been back on skiis or a snowboard since... neither my husband or I are cold weather people... so the holiday aspect we look forward to the most is family... and for me personally, it's baking, reading by my pretty tree, specialty hot cocoas, and seeing the Christmas decorations at MOA! My mom tries to come in from NY around this time, and loves to see MOA's decorations too.. this year her husband is coming with and we'll take him to the Macy's display! (even though I've seen the elves three times already!)

Macys display is fun! We went last Sunday. DS wanted to go through it again and again. We ended up going in 5 times. HEHE, I plan to take him again in December on a weekday as it should be less busy!

I am with sarah...we hate the cold. I like hot cocoa and looking at pretty things and reading by the tree. My absolute favorite though is just the smell of the holidays and the spirit it brings.

Time with family is my favorite. I have been to the hollidazzle when it first came out about 12 years ago. I would love to take the kids but it won't be this year, maybe next year I can convince dh it is a good idea

I absolutely love spending time with Langston doing whatever suits our fancy! I love teaching him about old traditions, and trying to make new ones!

Setting up our tree and decorating the house for Christmas. DS is also at an age where he gets soooo excited about Santa, so that is a lot of fun.
My favorite part of the holidays is seeing my families. I have been blessed with a wonderful family and amazing in-laws. We switch back and forth each holiday because my family lives in Duluth and Mike's family lives in Minneapolis. I wish we could go to both every year!

I just love the spirit that the holiday season brings. There's a certain mood in the air that's always uplifting! Hoping to take DS to the Holidazzle and Macy's for the first time this year! I also love Christmas movies, music, late night drives to see the lights, and just hanging with the fam
