Liquid Starch....WTH is it?!

I have been in craft overload this weekend prepping for DS party....A fun neat decoration idea has me using "liquid starch" NEVER heard of it. Can anyone tell me what it is and where to find it?! Thanks!

ooooooo you can use it to make gak lol I LOVE that stuff!

you can get it pretty much anywhere.. if it isnt in the laundry aisle, check the crafting stuff. I think it's a blue container!
