Here is the deal....I am steadily working 60 hours a week, and I am exhausted! I have found that caffeine seems to help, but, I am not thrilled with how much pop that I drinking. I am not old enough to drink coffee (I don't like it), and I have even tried mixing it with hot chocolate. I will feel like an addict if I start popping No-Doz daily!
Any other ideas on how I can get some caffeine?!?

I used to mix the extra caffeinated coffee at the gas station with a french vanilla capuccino, and then I'd just add a little bit of one of those fun flavors like marshmallow, or rasberry or toffee.. yum!! That usually did the trick for me.. but after a while, I just got used to it... and I had headache withdrawls.

Working 60 hours a week can wear you out, but you've been complaing about exhaustion for a while now. Have you gone to the dr. to find out if your levels are ok? Many things can cause exhaustion, besides working so much and being a single mom... I know I was exhausted when my vit D levels were way too low. And right now I've been having tiredness problems again, the low sun is certanly affecting me. Please get checked to make sure it isn't something more serious than regular life.

My DH doesn't like coffee but he LOVES this mix:
Unwrap 8 candy canes or about 40 peppermint candy canes and crush them in a food processor. Add: 1 cup instant coffee 1 cup hot chocolate mix 1 cup sugar 1 cup dry creamer
Mix 1 Tablespoon per 1 cup of boiling water for a yummy Peppermint Mocha.
My non-caffeine advice would be to get up throughout the day and stretch, walk around when you can, drink plenty of water. And, dare I add, try to get a little rest? I know that sometimes that is just not realistic. (Sigh.) Hang in there!

I drink ice tea throughout the day.
IMO I don't think caffeine affects me anymore. I use to drink pop like it was water or like it was going out of style.

Right now all I get is pepsi and I really shouldn't even be having that. I'm not really supposed to have caffeine right now being prego and all I miss my Caribou & Starbucks! I had a HUGE craving for coffee yesterday and DH would not let me go near the Starbucks in Target lol Ugh

I drink coffee at work all day long.. sometimes when I start to feel guilty about the coffee I'll switch to tea for a while but it rarely lasts. I just love my coffee!

I like my Neuro from Body by Vi. It is easy to mix up and I don't crash from it. ;D Here is a little info on it.
