Cheeseburger soup
1lb hamburger 4 cups chicken broth Garlic Onion 2-3 potatoes 1 cup of milk 24oz velveeta cheese
Brown and drain burger and onion. Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Place in crock pot with broth, garlic and browned burger. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add milk and cheese 20-30 minutes before serving.
I usually make tastefully simple beer bread to go with this!

Pioneer Woman sloppy joes that Tara posted.
I give them an okay, I prefer my crock pot ones instead. Not a fan of green peppers!

Baked Potato Soup!!!!!!
5 Baked Potatoes (baked ahead of time and coooled. Cook 6 strips of bacon and I saute some onions. Cut bacon into crumbles when its done. Make a roux with 2/3 cup butter and 2/3 cup flour. Add 5 cups of milk. bring to a boil. Add salt, half a can of cheddar cheese soup (campbells), green onions, onions and bacon. Let cook 5 minutes. Scoop out baked potato and stir into mixture until you have a consistency you like. At the very end stir in 4 tablespoons sour cream.
To go with it I slice a french baguette into little medallions. brush each side of each disc with butter and toast it in the oven.
My favorite!!!
