It really wasn't a big deal telling the boys. In fact we just told them a few weeks ago. Some school kids had been telling DS1 since Kindergarden that Santa wasn't real. We had a friend play Santa one year and DS1 recognized his voice but we tryed to play it off. The last couple years they have been saying: "I don't think Santa is real I think the moms and dads buy the presents and say they are from Santa" Something like that came up at the dinner table one night so we finally told them: "Your right Santa isn't real" They didn't get upset they where actually excited that they figured it out! LOL

That's cool Mo! Somehow I think boys and girls will react differently though. My girls are pretty sensitive so I can see them having a tough time with this.
