When I go directly from faceook page, it does bring up MCM page, BUT that page doesn't say anything about: Special Offer for saving $15 when purchasing gift memberships. When I got to the page for ordering, I did not see the above offer listed. I called the MCM, was told to just put the code in the "box". She said she wasn't sure where to do this, as she's not a facebook person. She gave me an email address for a person to contact. So, I'll see what I can find out that way.
