I would love to hear any ideas you might have on boosting child's immunity to fight upper respiratory illnesses. We have been hit with pneumonia second time within a month. Many thanks.

Wondering if anyone knows how much breastmilk would be beneficial for an older child?

I'd ask your Dr. I'm a nursing student and learned that there are actually booster shots we can recieve throughout life. There may be something for your child.

Just heard on Dr. Oz (I think) that gargling with salt water twice a day cuts the risk up to 40% of Upper respritory infections. Not sure if child is at age where they are able to gargle yet. This is supposed to be true for adults and children.

Additional vitamin D vitamin C and probiotics will help a ton. Cut out sugar, white flour and processed foods. They supress the immune system. Dairy causes excess phlem.
