I just requested a couple of days off of work to get some spring cleaning done. I haven't deep cleaned some parts of our house in a couple of years and just don't want to waste time on weekends doing it when I would rather play with DS, hang out with DH and connect with friends.
I plan to:
-use murphy's oil soap and clean bathroom & kitchen wood cabinets
-deep clean bathtub (maybe re-do caulking?)
-clean windows (pull them out)
-filing/shredding
-catch up on general cleaning
What is on your spring cleaning list?

Vacuuming and wiping down the baseboards after pulling out the furniture. Vacuuming the curtains and up around them by the ceiling, getting all those cobwebs down. (are you sure you want to know? It might add to your list!) Dust everything, even the tops of pictures, window sills, etc.

Pulling all large appliances out and vacuuming behind them and their coils Cleaning the carpets Going through our storage area and getting rid of what we haven't touched in a year Cutting back my plants to allow them to grow beautifully Along with most on your list too....Yikes! Hope your days off are full of completed projects.  |

Cleaning the blinds
Deep cleaning upstairs carpet
Wash and wax downstairs laminate floors
deep clean all three bathrooms
Windows
Clean and reorganize garage
Were doing a switcheroo of guest bedrooms in prep for baby
and I really want to get the carpets, seats and carseat deep cleaned and smelling nice in my suv

I'm with fungirls!
I did find some good ideas for monthly deep cleaning on pinterest that I hope to put to use once I can get caught up on my regular cleaning!
Also did you know you can use dryer sheets to wipe down your baseboards and it will keep the dust off!

yes and baby wipes and anti bacterial wipes that have dried out work too!!!

Fungirls & Lil- that is my problem too.....that's why I had to take time off of work, I haven't deep cleaned in forever!
