Hello! This is kind of a dumb question, but how do you clean a Corian sink? We just moved into a house that has a white Corian sink. When we moved in, it was spotless, nice and white. Almost right away we created spots/stains on it. I've tried my usual cleaning of just soap and water but nothing works. Spots get on there very quickly. I've never had Corian before and I don’t want to scratch it or harm the finish. Does anyone out there have a Corain sink and a remedy for cleaning it??

I found this Cleaning Follow procedures above or use Soft Scrub® and a green Scotch-Brite® pad to remove residue. Rub green Scotch-Brite® pad over entire sink to blend in finish. NOTE: Do Not use Scotch-Brite® on the countertop surface. Disinfecting Fill your sink 1/4 full with diluted household bleach (1 part water/1 part bleach). Be sure to get some of the solution into the overflow opening to disinfect. Let the solution stay in the sink for 15 minutes; then wash sides and bottom as solution drains. Rinse out the sink with water. I like to use a magic eraser on my sink but I don't think it corian.

we've got a similar issue too... I've found that first using Lysol or clorox disinfecting wipes first to get all the grime off helps... (Iprefer the lysol ones) and then using a heavy duty magic eraser over those stains will really help. There is something made specifically for corian to buff out scratches, but we've never used it.. you'd have to google!
