Does anyone know of any liquid toddler vitamins with calcium? My DS (who is 2.5) is currently refusing to drink milk or eat cheese or yogurt. The enfamil liquid vitamins don't have any calcium and he hates gummies and won't try the chewable vitamins. Any ideas would be great!

What about calcium fortified orange juice or maybe check those pediasures (supplement or meal replacement) and see how much calcium is in them...

I found this on Calcium fortified OJ...
Get a Calcium Boost With Orange Juice - could get a whole days worth and then some just with juice... and I also read (because I became curious) that you can actually buy calcium fortified waffles, frozen probably..
Fortified orange juice brims with calcium — as much as 500 mg is added to each cup. Calcium content varies among orange juice products, however, so read nutrition labels carefully. Keep in mind that the percentage "daily value" listed on labels is based on the needs of adults up to age 50: 1,000 mg. Children and teens need 500 to 1,300 mg daily, depending on age. While fortified orange juice is a great way to get calcium, Krieger also recommends fresh oranges, each of which naturally contains about 50 mg of calcium.

I've been trying the calcium fortified OJ, but he doesn't always drink it (and broccoli is a hit or miss as well). I didn't realize that oranges had calcium as well. Good to know because he does like them right now. He is just so picky at this stage:( I did buy pediasure to try today and we will see how that goes. If that doesn't work, then I will have to try crushing up the vitamins and see if that works (duh moment that I didn't think of that Thanks for the ideas ladies!

What about soymilk or coconut milk? My son isn't big on cows milk lately, but he likes those better. We do the fortified OJ too.
We also do smoothies and then you can put whatever veggies and others things in there that you are worried about. You can make it with his favorite fruits and use non-dairy yogurt or milk if he doesn't like the dairy.
Sweet peppers also have a lot of calcium, but Vit D is still an issue.
Also, the people in the vitamin sections of food co-ops are very knowledgable IME so you could go to a co-op and ask about options for a supplement.
