I almost always drive around the cities. DH doesn't like driving in St. Paul or Mpls (he's originally from a tiny town in MN). DH usually drives for long distances to visit family. If we are just driving around suburbs it depends on if we are taking "my" car or "his" car.

It wasn't an option, but my wife usually drives. She is really good at directions and remembers how to get everywhere and I'm not nearly as good at it. She also really likes to drive rather than ride and I'm really happy to ride.

I hate driving, so DH does most of it.

DH always drives he knows where he is going and I have to use the GPS when leaving the general vecinity of our house. Not to mention that even though I learned to drive here in the cities I don't feel comfortable driving, especially on the highway.

Usually it's DH, but sometimes it's me if I just feel like it or if he wants to read or needs to call someone on his cell. On longer road trips we take turns.

DH usually drives. I come from a small town in Iowa and still not comfortable driving in a big city. If I have to I'll suck it up and do it.

DH drives unless he's too tired or not feeling well. We don't go places ALL together very often so I do a lot of driving for myself and the kids.

Since I got into a car accident while I wasn't driving years ago, I have this obsessive need to be in control of the car as much as possible, so I tend to be the driver most of the time. The only time I really allow my husband to drive is when we're road tripping to Iowa to see his relatives.

DH drives and I navigate. We we are going to someplace he's been before I close my eyes since I don't like his driving.

I always drive. I can't stand my DH's driving and he's had many classes for driving since he's a police officer. It nearly killed me to have him drive the 2 weeks after having my c-sections!
