Did you make a new years resolution or come up with any new goals for yourself for 2014?

My goal is to accept myself for who I am right now PRIMARILY my body. This body does lots of things for me and I'm going to appreciate it rather than insult it for not being thin enough, healthy enough, active enough. Instead I'm going to work at being healthier, not smaller.

I want to get control over my temper & how I react to stress. I tend to take it out on my family and loved ones and then I always regret it later.

My goals for this year are to drink more water and eat a bit healthier (within the limits of my pickiness) and eat a lot less processed carp and a lot less gluten...
Yell less

My major goal is to stay focused with school. I want to be done by this time next year and it's going to take A LOT of hard work to do that. I also hope to get a better handle on our finances. DH loves to spend randomly, as do I sometimes, and I jsut think we need to get a better idea of what we can and can't spend and actually try and SAVE some money this year.

My goal is to take better care of my skin this year. I have a horrible habit of going to sleep with make-up on everyday. As I enter my mid-late 30's I realize this has to stop and I need to take care of my skin to avoid looking like I'm 50 or 60 when I turn 40. Doing a good job so far.
I also want to reach my "wedding weight" by our 10th anniversary in October. I am 15 lbs down, have a lot more to go. But know I can get close if I really focus on putting healthy food in my body.

Yes. My goals this year are to meditate three times a week for at least 10 minutes (I am HORRIBLE at meditating but think I should do it, it's so good for a person!) and want to learn yoga basics and add a day a week to my fitness routine.

Debbie, have you tried the 'say to cucumbers' facial wipes? The are awesome for all types of skin.. other than water it is all I use on my face and my skin has never been healthier

I plan to make more homemade meals, and less processed food. And ultimately, I would like to get to my pre pregnancy weight.
