I am sure this was a topic back in the day of MLM but I never paid attention to it but how soon after you had your IUD removed did you get pregnant? I was told my my OBGYN that you can get pregnant pretty much right away but curious if that is actually true?
Mine was removed about a month ago about a week after I started taking Ovulation tests and about a week of taking them I already got my first "surge", of course I really won't find out if I would actually be pregnant until another week or so, but could it really be true? Since I know you ovulate when you have the IUD in could this Ovulation test be correct when my period has not shown up yet?

My BFF got her's taken out and was pregnant within a month. She didn't get her period before finding out she was pregnant either. It definitely can happen!

I also have a friend that got pregnant within a month. I'm sure it depends on your body, but it can definitely happen. Good luck

I was wondering the same thing. I've been trying to get pregnant for about a month and no luck. I'm worried it has something to do with the IUD. I got pregnant with dd on a one night accident with dh.

With the IUD you continue to ovulate, it doesn't really mess with your system, so chances are if you are missing a period...well...bust out the diapers and onsies

It took me forever after having the mirena IUD removed. 18 months to be exact. I have heard that it can take no time at all, but for me it took forever. I am going on copper non-hormonal this time, just in case I want a 3rd.
