I kinda miss 2. DD is so smart and at 4 now she fights back a lot harder. I guess partly because she is her daddy's daughter, they are both VERY similar, almost like a little clone of him. She is super stubborn as well. It is funny because she will listen to DH better than me, but he gets annoyed with some of her behaviors quicker.

I admit that during the "terrible twos" I did a lot of closing my eyes and repeating to myself, "Serenity now, serenity now." They can drive you absolutely bonkers. It helped me to remind myself that it's a temporary stage, they're just testing those limits that you've set to see if they're still there (and yes dear two-year-old, they are) and so you just have to be patient, firm, and consistent. Piece of cake, right? (HA HA.)

I LOVED the 2s. I'm challenged by the 3s. He is so curious and explores and wants to figure everything out. When I ask him to go do something he gets distracted easily. That is part of being 3.
