I made creamy shrimp scampi. Bland and boring--I won't make it again, or if I do I'll have to jazz it up or combine it with a different recipe.

Chicken & Spinach Pasta Bake and Shamrock shakes, lol! McDs is right by Dance and we told the DDs they could have a treat if they accomplished some things this weekend.
I'll post the recipe later if it's good.

I was being lazy last night so by DS1's request we had salad with canned chicken, dried cherries and cheese.

Last night was maple-soy salmon with rice, broccoli, and strawberries. Tonight it's leftovers--we have way too much food in our fridge right now and I hate being wasteful!

Caesar chicken is in the crock pot for tonight. What's nice is that you start off with just basic slow-cooked chicken. We'll take some out for the kids, DD1 likes hers with BBQ sauce, DD2 likes hers plain, and then with the rest we'll add Caesar dressing and shred it for DH and me--he'll have his on a sandwich and I'll have mine on a salad.
