Well right now all I really eat for breakfast is cherry or blueberry pop-tarts. I love breakfast food but I never eat it at breakfast time lol

I dislike eating breakfast as well. however I LOVE breakfast food. Pancakes, french toast, cereal, waffles, omelets, ham slices, hash browns.....just not until after 10am please. If you are looking for something healthy you could do scrambled eggs with bell peppers and some low fat cheese or sour cream mixed in. Or homemade belgian waffles with strawberries or blue berries on top.

I love French Toast made with Cinamon Circle Bread. But, sadly enough, I cannot remember the last time that I ate breakfast.

HAHHAHA Super! So funny I would not mind eating it but nothing "breakfasty" appeals to me. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, cereal are so gross to me. And if I do eat a small bowl of fruit it leaves me even more hungry!

Well if you can eat breakfast food for dinner, then you can eat dinner food for breakfast!

After my 3rd or 4th cup of coffee, lol, I HAVE to eat breakfast. I love chocolate peanut butter special K Protein meal bars, English muffin with PB, bagel with cream cheese, a banana, Frosted Mini Wheats, English muffin bread toasted with butter or PB or Strawberry nutrigrain bar with a small glass of skim milk. I try to make myself like oatmeal but it doesn't last more than a day or two, ha ha. Also like blueberry eggo waffles with nothing on them or just a little I can't believe it's not butter" spread. Good luck! I definitely feel so much better and so much more energy after having breakfast. Even though I try to get up around 5 or 6 to have some alone time and sip on coffee, I try to eat breakfast around 9 or 10 so I am not overly hungry at lunch time. Lunch time is where I struggle because staying home, I don't want to eat what DD eats everyday, but can't make anything too involved when it's just me. I end up eating Mac and cheese or a pbj. I need good healthy lunch ideas. Keep us posted on your journey! I am so excited for you and so interested in how it goes!

My typical breakfast? Coffee. Sad, I know. But it is what it is.

yah I am with Melissa on this one, eat dinner for breakfast! With food I say there are no rules. How about a flat bread pizza with lots of veggies in the morning. Or how about a nutritional shake of some sort? Do you like yogurt with granola and fruit??

Love, I'm in the same boat. I hate breakfast food, too fatty or sugary. I have forced myself to like oatmeal. I get the flavored instant ones and make it kind of runny. Other than that I have done apples, bananas or granola bars wihen I was pg and HAD to eat breakfast.

I usually eat a couple slices of toast for breakfast. Either pb toast, butter and jelly or butter and honey. Once in a while we have bagels and english muffins..mmm english muffins with butter and honey are delish! Sometimes I eat oatmeal, but not as often as I should. In the summer I LOVE yogurt, fresh fruit and granola.

My breakfast is anything I find that I don't have to make... A good breakfast is as simple as a juice and some yogurt or a piece of fruit. When I really think about breakfast I'd have a bowl of frosted mini wheats.

You def don't have to eat breakfast foods for breakfast! You're an adult, and you buy the groceries in your house, eat what you want! I need to eat better so I just bough yogurt and some more fruit. But, I have also heard that you have the whole day to burn off your calories of what you eat in the morning so you should eat your dinner for breakfast since that's usually the biggest meal of the day.

I don't eat a lot for breakfast but when I was preggers I would heat a cup of milk then add a pack of mild chocolate flavored Carnation instant breakfast and have healthy hot chocolate. I would also have fiber bar--. I never could eat right when I wake up, but having the "hot chocolate" seemed to be good-- nutritious and not a shock to the system early in the morning, Healthy and not too many calories.
