Some healthy breakfast foods I like: cook an egg white with a tbsp of shredded cheese and put on an english muffin greek yogurt (chobani is my fav brand) w/ granola or Kashi Go-lean crunch peanut butter (small amount) on english muffin or whole wheat toast smoothie (homemade- use frozen fruit, banana, juice (orange or apple/or skim milk), fat free vanilla yogurt

It is mostly recommended that breakfast must contain more protein foods to make the breakfast more helathy. I take more veggies and protein foods in my breakfast. My daily breakfast contain: One apple, one glass of milk, one glass of orange jucie, butter, yogurt, cheese, and eggs omelet.

I have been addicted to two eggs cooked in my Tupperware egg cooker mixed with shredded zucchini on a honey wheat English muffin.

How times change. My reply in 2011 was I don't like breakfast. For the past year, I have eaten breakfast everyday. I usually eat a few carrots, a protein bar and a piece of fruit. I still hate eating breakfast, but it does help me have a more balanced day.
