Spaghetti, bread, small salad (for me) and grapes for DS. I use ground turkey for our spaghetti.
Tomorrow I'll probably use the leftover sauce to make pizza burger using English muffins and cheese. Throw it in the toaster oven for a few minutes and it makes for nice quick meal!

Last night we had the parmesan chicken recipe that Vic posted with mashed potatoes and garlic bread.
It was so good! DS even loved it and he is super picky right now. He ate his whole plate!

We had Chicken Wild Rice Casserole that Tara posted. I added shredded carrots to it and used the Uncle Ben's Brown & Wild Rice(cooks in 90 secs).

made a taco hotdish the other night that everyone actually ate!
1# ground browned meat with taco seasoning packet chopped onion cooked elbow macaroni add salsa and mix
heat in oven for half hour to meld tastes... sprinkle cheese on top upon serving
