Yesterday we had family over to make lefse and watch the Vikings' game. We had lots of appetizers and this one is SO yummy (but unhealthy, alas):
Ricki's Yummy Cheese Dip
1 8oz Cream Cheese, softened. 1 can no-bean chili (I use turkey) small can of diced green chiles salsa Mexican cheese (with taco seasonings) Corn chips
In a glass baking dish or round pie plate, spread the cream cheese. Spread the chili over the top of that and sprinkle with the green chiles. Use a fork to spread salsa chunks on the top. Add the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Serve with corn chips.
