I LOVE The Hunger Games! I had borrowed them from the library so I was excited when I got the books for Christmas -- I like them so much I want to own them so I can read them whenever the mood strikes.

I'm reading "Angel Falls" By, Kristin Hannah.
I have a couple others that I haven't read yet on my Kindle...
I want to read the Hunger Games series, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series, Heaven is For Real, Water For Elephants, An Invisible Thread, AND 11/22/63: A Novel, by Stephen King and; Killing Lincoln: The Shocking Assassination that Changed America Forever, by Bill O'Reilly

Hannah, The Hunger Games is like a blend of "The Lottery," "Gladiator," "Running Man" and "Fahrenheit 451" in my opinion. It's set in a futuristic post-civil war U.S.--the government punishes the people for uprising by holding an annual "game" that forces a certain number of teens to fight each other to the death on national TV. So it's definitely violent BUT the characters are amazing, it's tense and draws you in, a total page turner that keeps you enthralled and you can't WAIT to find out what happens next. My DH just read it--it was so funny he was up late and could NOT put it down and he is NOT a reader.

I ordered Hunger Games for the Ipad...very excited to read it!
Question about Heaven is For Real....is it very religious, Christian based or more agnostic based? I would probably read it no matter what but was wondering...
